1 banana

5 strawberries (you could probably use like 10 raspberries instead)

1 cup of low-fat plain yogurt

 

You can use ice, I don't because of the amount it is I would rather drink it the way it comes out so that I can drink it fast because it’s a lot.

In the Kitchen:

Cranberry Cobbler

2 cups bisquick

½  stick butter or oleo

¼ cup sugar

2 tsp. cinnamon

1 cup milk

¼ cup chopped pecans

1 bag cranberries

In bowl blend 1st 4 ingredients until crumbles. Add milk and stir.

In buttered pan- put cranberries. Pour the mix over the top. Sprinkle with pecans.

Bake at 350 - 30-40 min or until toothpick comes clean.

Serve warm with cold Greek yogurt.
